- It has come to our attention that individuals are falsely claiming to work for or represent a bail bond company in an attempt to scam people out of money and personal information. Do not meet anyone outside of our company address.
- Please be advised:
- Legitimate bail bond agents will NEVER demand payment through gift cards, Venmo, Cash App, Bitcoin, or other unusual payment methods.
- Do NOT give out personal or financial information to anyone you cannot verify. Please call our main office number first or come to our physical address.
- Always confirm the identity of the bondsman by calling the official business number directly.
- Be cautious of callers pressuring you to act immediately or threatening arrest unless payment is made.
- If you believe you have been contacted by a scammer:
- Hang up immediately
- Do not send money
- Report the incident to local law enforcement and the FTC at www.reportfraud.ftc.gov
- Protect yourself and your family by staying alert and verifying all information before making payments.
